This is the tracking bug for the upcoming Release Bugzilla 4.5.5, 4.4.5, 4.2.10 and 4.0.14 releases. 

Bugzilla 4.5.5 is another development snapshot of the upcoming 5.0 release to help gain further testing.

Bugzilla 4.4.5 contains several bug fixes.

All releases have one or more security fixes included.

As LpSolit and others pointed out, there are not any fixes in 4.4 since the last stable
release worth noting at this time.

I didn't say that. I was talking about "several" *security* fixes. :)

In 4.4.5, you could mention bug 999296 and bug 653597.
