Details

Master + mozilla-central, Flame, July 22 2014. STR: * full flash the device * start going through FTU * at the date & time screen, change the city from New York to Los Angeles. Expected: City name changes to Los Angeles, time changes to Pacific time. Actual: nothing. Note: Changing to other cities *did* work, eg Lima or La Paz. But again changing to Los Angeles had no effect. Nothing in logcat.
