User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140722030201

Steps to reproduce:

Nightly cant open page like this :

http://10.10.205.1:8090/httpclient.html

I am on a campus with a login page. So when i start nightly for the first time, and try to open any site, i will be redirected to the above address, where i login with my credentials. After that i can browse the internet.

Actual results:

For the last 3-4 days, this page does not open. I get a "Server not found" error page.
Chrome opens this page normally.

Expected results:

this page should have opened.\

Attaching the web page.
Probably bug 1041511 as well.

I have what might be the same problem but involves opening up my cable modem and router's status pages.

I start up Fx and as long as I don't visit a web site I can see the status pages. Once I go to a site I get a 'server not found' message when I try to query my modem/router. I can open up any of the about: pages without them interfering with my ability to access my modem/router.

Can you try if the builds from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/try-builds/sworkman@mozilla.com-8e3a63e3afd7/try-win32/ (which include the patch for bug 1041511) fix this issue for you?

Proxt access problem seems to be fixed at my end also using the above-mentioned try-build.
