1042617 - [Dolphin][V1.4]Dialing 50 should be handled as mmi code?

1. Dialing 50
2. Gecko treat as a normal dialing number and send dial request to RILC.
3. But dolphin modem handles as a ussd.

 I remember your side did some patch in Gaia to make this work.
I am also afraid this can not be done shortly.
(Bug 889737 is working on this topic)

Could partner do the similiar patch in Gaia to make this work first?

This is a known issue for FxOS. And we plan to resolve this issue after bug 889737.

But in dolphin,it will cause another problem.

1 dialing 50, 
2 hangup.
3 dialing a normal number.
4 hangup quickly, and it is in connecting call screen for a long time.

it returns ok for atd50 and tarako returns error
