Clicking on a flash doesn't "go" anywhere.

This is totally my fault: need to hook up OpenURL().

Summary: Can't open web pages from flash panel → [HELPWANTED] Can't open web pages from flash panel
I think what needs to happen is that we need to add a property (if it isn't
there already in the flash spec) that specifies the URL to launch. We then need
to hack the template that builds the content model to pull this thru to the
front-end, and then need to properly dispatch the URL to a content area when
somebody single clicks (?) the line in the URL bar.

This sorta depends on warren et. al. getting URL dispatching right; e.g., the
"new messages" flash will have to specify a URL that somehow knows to open
mailnews on the user's inbox.
