Attachment: several strings not translated into vi (appearing in English)

There are several strings that haven't been translated under the "Experiments" container under about:addons for the vi locale:

- the string of the "Experiments" container
- the telemetry toolbar at the top of about:addons inside the experiments container

I've attached a screenshot to illustrate the issue

The untranslated strings come from Firefox. My guess is the vi translation for the experiments feature isn't complete yet.

I think that portion was just missed as all the experiments have been marked as ready for QA. I think the current plan is launch the experiments today when QA is done via Bug # 1042184.
