I think I could use some customization [1] for the first pass once the thread on dev.tools has an outcome on how to make the changelog look like.
Or start logging only the most recent changes.

We should indeed depend on a newer version of mozlog. I'd rather keep the mozdevice version the way it is (0.N), I don't see the need for a "1.0" series.
So r+ with the mozdevice version change removed.
