Details
The OpenSLES broker from bug 1015932 shows that 3 places are simultanously holding a handle to the OpenSLES engine. This is one more than expected. From the logs in https://pastebin.mozilla.org/5596342 it seems that EnumerateAudioDevices might fail to free up its handle.

Probably, but given that padenots plans to move everything into libcubeb and I know of no field problems that appear to be related to this problem, it's WONTFIX for now.
