Steps to reproduce:

Execute web browser and play RTSP Streaming link.



Actual results:

I have checked RTSP Streaming playback.
While test RTSP Streaming, I have found some problems.
Playback was not smooth and some RTSP link was not played.
You can reproduce issue with below three RTSP links.

1.If you connect "http://goo.gl/FyHFNs" and try to play "03. Hyperlink detection of RTSP feature" in web site, you can confirm that playback(audio/video) is not smooth.

2. When I play below RTSP link and operate seek function, seek operation was not worked.
rtsp://125.141.31.147:554/QE/Coverage20130826/R003_3gp_mpeg4(sp@l1@qvga@452kbps@15fps)_aac-lc(96kbps@32khz@2ch).3gp

3. Below RTSP link was not played.
rtsp://125.141.31.147:554/QE/Coverage20130826/R006_3GP_H.263(qCIF@541Kbps@15fps)_AAC-LC(96Kbps@22.05kHz@2ch).3gp
When I play it using android device, playback was worked well.

Please confirm these RTSP links.
And to check other codec type for RTSP Streaming, could you let me know RTSP supported type(codec/container)?

Jaemin - Can you split up this bug into separate issues & have them triaged accordingly? Triage is having difficulty triaging this bug, since it's talking about three separate problems.
