In the dropdown under the "Get Msg" toolbar button, there is a list of mail
accounts to get mail for. These are showing up duplicated, i.e:

The folder tree itself does not have duplicated entries.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open mail/news
2. Ensure you have > 1 mail account
3. Click on the "Get Msg" toolbar dropdown
Actual Results: Menu has duplicated entries for the account names. Clicking on
either entry for an account appears to cause a correct mail fetch
Expected Results: Each account should appear once only
The exact same account settings etc were working with 0.9.4, I made no changes
to my profile info when trying 2001-10-10-03
