Steps to reproduce:

1. Goto http://time.com/3028057/in-russia-crime-without-punishment/ 
2. Start scrolling the page up and down.
3. Notice the improper rendering glitch on font

The font is distorted as show in attachment

I believe this might be bug 1009306 just by judging the screenshot. If anyone looking at this bug could verify, that would be nice.
