1043340 - [Loop] The wizard should not be run once the user used loop for first time

1. Install Loop app
2. Open Loop app and follow the wizard until the window that shows the option to share the camara/micro permissions.
3. DON'T LOG-IN in Loop
4. Close (or kill) the app
5. Open again the app

ACTUAL RESULT: Loop app shows again the wizard until the login options
EXPECTED RESULTS: Loop app should show the login options

This issue still occurs on the latest 2.0 build with the v165 KK base. The first use wizard shows again if the user does not log in.

The requirement is that we will show the wizard until the first successful log-in is accomplished.
In this STR, as the app is closed before that, we will show the Wizard again (which is the expected behavior).
