When multiple tabs are open and Close Other Tabs is chosen from right-clicking
on the X, only the most recent tab stays open, regardless of focus.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a few tabs and load different webpages on each one.
2.Focus on a tab other than the one most recently opened.
3.Right click on X in upper right of tab window.
4.Choose "Close Other Tabs"

Actual Results:  The tabbed window that was opened last will remain open instead
of the focused tab.

Expected Results:  Focused tab should remain open while all others close.

This might be a duplicate of bug 102551

If you right-click on a tab and immediately pick "Close Other Tabs" then this
bug is hard to reproduce.

If you right-click on a tab, wait... wait... wait.. and then pick "Close Other
Tabs" then you can reproduce this every single time.

Reproduced on Linux 2002021412, I would be inclined to confirm NEW, but...

This is not the same as bug 102551 but the patch from that bug might also cure
this, so a note to that affect has been added. Let's see what happens when it is
checked in.

I am working with the patch to bug 102551.
If I create a tab (my pref is to focus the new tab), focus the original tab,
right-click the X and choose "Close Other Tabs" it works for me.
What I don't know is what happens if I remove the patch...

I'm pretty happy that Neil's patch bagged this one and it now WORKSFORME.
Outstanding tab weirdness seems to be covered in other bugs. If you can still
reproduce this problem in a build from 2002-02-20 or later please REOPEN.
