The default ringtone in Manage Ringtones is not displayed.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140725040205
2) Open Settings app
3) Select Sounds > Manage Ringtones
Actual:
The default ringtone text is not displayed.
Expected:
The default ringtone text is displayed
