Details

libav55 support was fixed in bug 1041950. There's no plan to fix earlier versions, so they should be disabled rather than crashing at runtime.

This bug will be automatically resolved once #1041950 and 3rd patch is committed.

Bug 1041950 included a workaround for the remaining issues with libav <= 54, so this bug is no longer needed.
