  DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
  There are two "Today" items in call log and the order is wrong .
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1. Perform some call logs（MO/MT/Missed calls）
  2. Enter call log interface
  3. There are two "Today" items in call log(KO1)
  4. The order of call logs is wrong(KO2)
 
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  KO1：There only one "Today" item in call log.
  KO2：All logs are ordering in date and time.

The reproducing step:
1. Go to Settings/Date&Time, enable Set automatically, then return to the homescreen and make a outgoing call;
2. Go to Settings/Date&Time, disable Set automatically, then return to the homescreen and make another outgoing call;
3. check the call log, you will find there are two TODAY in the screen.

var startDate = new Date(date.getFullYear(), date.getMonth(), date.getDate()); in utils.js

The startDate is different in step 1 and 2, althought the date.getFullYear(), date.getMonth(), date.getDate() is the same.

Please help to fix it.

For step 2, select a City that donot have the same time zone with you to make the Time is different when enable/disable Set automatically.

This issue also happens in FFOS V2.1.

This issue was observed on today's Flame master build. "TODAY" appeared twice on Call log.

I filed bug 1151627 and added steps-wanted, as I don't have solid repro steps.
