Details
In the current implementation Bugzilla authentication is different from Apache
and in many cases users have to enter their logins twice. Cookies help there,
but it would be great to avoid Bugzilla authentication if a client is already
authenticated by HTTP.

Hmm, this wasn't actually a dupe of the bug it says it was...

but it is a dupe, just not of the bug it was duped to. This was actually the
original, but the dupee has better discussion
