The devtools doesn't import the css file that can be attached using the "Link" header in firefox.

Example:
http://uwsoftware.be/FF/sneaky/

The page itself sends:
Link:"<index.css>; rel=stylesheet"

which adds an extra css file to that page. But the devtools isn't aware of it and doesn't list it and even doesn't know these styles are applied.

I.e. looking at the devtools you will think the circle should be green. With nothing overruling it. But the circle is red. (because of index.css).
