On "The Connection Was Reset" page, Try Again should be reenabled when its dialog is cancelled

Details
On "The Connection Was Reset" page, the "Try Again" button should be reenabled when its dialog is cancelled (via the cancel button or pressing the Esc key).
The ID of the button is "errorTryAgain".

Clarification: the dialog that appears is the one for resending information, probably that POSTDATA one.

Separately, seems like the postdata dialog should ideally be in-content...
