Steps to reproduce:
When I saw the bookmarked websites uner bookmark menu, favicons won't load for all the bookmarks listed.
Actual results:
Only few favicon images will load for few bookmarked websites. Others having blank square boxes.
Expected results:
Favicon images must appear for all bookmaked websites under bookmark menu.

is it possible those bookmarks come from Sync or from a JSON backup? do the favicons appear if you visit those bookmarks? Is your history disabled in Options Privacy pane?

Those bookmarks loaded from Firefox synch account.
