I noticed this on Nightly - see attachment.
STR:
1) On OS X on a non-Retina display, open the Devtools HUD, and switch to the Network panel
2) Make some requests so that things show up in the network panel
3) Look in the bottom right-hand corner of the Network panel - the speedometer icon looks glitchy.
I'm on OS X, and I wasn't on a Retina display at the time. I noticed that if I drag the window over to my Retina display, the problem is fixed - so I think perhaps there's some hidpi stuff applying when it shouldn't.

Hrm. Then I noticed that when I dragged back the icon to my non-Retina display, the problem went away. Hrm.

AFAIK this is part of a bigger rendering issue that affects all our icons.
