Details

The camera icon should have green background in an audio-only call. Clicking on the camera should start the video streaming and the green background should become black. https://people.mozilla.org/~dhenein/labs/loop-mvp-spec/#call-active-audio
Same behavior for the mic icon in case of a video-only call.

However, it all behaves correctly when starting an audio-only call, so marking as WFM
