RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 100570

Details

There is to my knowledge a patch that enables mozilla to use the render extention to anti alias fonts. Although anyone could apply the patch to source and build their own mozilla with this support, for many users this would be too difficult-the process is not particularly trivial. Hence, would it not be a good idea for mozilla to have builds with this patch already applied, with an option to enable or disable this feature. I feel this more than anything I can think of would make the most difference to the browsing experience of the 'average' user.
