The file on this site is an mp4 format, and plays fine with Flash player but not HTML5 player. HTML5 should support mp4s.

It is serving mp4 in <video> and plays back on my mac with that enabled.

Are we blacklisting this Android version?

I think this is a site bug. I can play the underlying video file if I try directly on the Galaxy Note 3, but it doesn't play in the context of the website on the Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy S3, or my Keon running Firefox OS 2.1.

as ralph commented in comment 2, it turns out this is probably a problem with the website since the mp4 files play fine in firefox for android 

here is the log message:
