It would to very useful if you guys can add Sign-up facility for SUMO l10n dashboard.

Im not sure what you mean by signing up for sumo l10n. You register as a contributor, there's no way to register for a specific area of SUMO.

Also, if you want to localize SUMO, let me know which locale, and I will tell you how to get started!

As a contributor how can I create an account at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/auth

Btw, I 'personally' do not like your advertisements in our (Mozilla Sri Lanka l10n wiki) community page though SUMO is a part of Mozilla. :)
We are really lack of resources but we need new users helping us to finishing due work on high piority projects such as Firefox Desktop, FirefoxOS, Web Parts etc.


I hope you understand the situation.

I will remove it from Sinhala loczalition team page.

Those that wish to contribute go through a different process which will lead them to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/authcontributor

Any update on this bug?
As far as my knowledge is concerned, I suggest to have a button for signup or another text with hyperlink that directs to signup page. 
shall we assign this bug to someone? 
(If anyone help me to make it, i can fix this)

So the idea is - put a button with a link to "https://support.mozilla.org/users/authcontributor" on the dashboard page (https://support.mozilla.org/localization) for users who are not logged in.

Potentially, instead of leading people to the sign up page, we could direct them to "https://support.mozilla.org/get-involved/l10n" first - what do you think?

As for text, this button can re-use the text of the sign up button at the bottom of https://support.mozilla.org

I am OK with the idea for the change. Mike will still have to approve the changes to the code in the pull request, if someone sends it his way.
