Fennec 31 is going to be maintained for the next 6 months for Android 2.2 and ARMv6. "Android Background Services/Firefox Health Report Service" do not have the *esr tracking & status flag. It would help to have them. Also, we don't have any tracking-firefox-* flags. It could help to have them.

tracking-firefox-esr31 and status-firefox-esr31 were already visibly on the "Firefox Health Report" product. i've added them to the "Android Background Services" product.
