Tolgay reports that FireGestures does not work with e10s:

1) Draw trail is not working, I can't see the trail when I try to run a mouse gesture.

2) When I disable e10s I can right click and mouse down on a link and links opening in new tab,but this is not working when I enable the e10s.

3) Wheel gestures are not working with e10s.
Tolgay says FireGesture's wheel gestures work again, but drawing trails and opening links in new tabs still do not work.
Summary: "FireGestures" add-on's does not work with e10s → "FireGestures" add-on does not draw gesture trails or open links in new tabs with e10s
With only the FireGesture addon installed, I no longer get a right click context menu on Mac OSX.
hi Gomita, are you the author of the FireGestures add-on? If you have any questions about add-on support for multiprocess Firefox (e10s), just drop by the #e10s IRC channel on irc.mozilla.org. MDN also has a good introduction:

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Add-ons/Working_with_multiprocess_Firefox
I'm Gomita, the developer of FireGestures add-on.

Elementary, tell me how can I enable e10s to reproduce the problem.
I'm using Nightly 34.0a1(2014-09-01) on Windows 8.1 64bit.
Hi Gomita

1)Set browser.tabs.remote.autostart to true in about:config page.
2)Restart browser.

Tab titles will be underlined if e10s works.

Thanks. Now I can reproduce the problem.
Scroll to top and scroll to bottom of page don't work, either.
This addon completely now working in latest nightly.(Nightly 36)
Tolgay: by "completely now working", do you mean the addon works correctly or was "now working" a typo for "not working"?
Oh sorry I do typo.I mean not working.
Gomita, what is the progress? I am highly addicted to your add-on but also I really want to turn-on and test e10s.

Please let us know how we can help fixing it. Thanks.

FireGestures under e10s results in the right-click context menu not working on a web page.
For me it doesn't work at all, add-on v1.8.7.
My comment 12 was just pointing out that FireGestures is affecting the right-click context menu even though it seems like it has nothing to do with it. FG doesn't work at all for me either.
Current status: no progress yet.
It seems that major code rewrite is needed to support e10s, since the add-on handles many DOM events which are invoked in content-level.

@Gomita: it's unfortunate a major code rewrite is necessary. But is this something you plan to do in the near future?
See comment 16.

I started code rewriting yesterday and I noticed that it is easier than I expected with the use of some compatibility shims, CPOW objects.
Now, I have a plan to release the first alpha version in a few days.
Flags: needinfo?(gomita.mail)
However, major rewrite is still needed for the full compatibility with e10s.
Using compatibility shims is only a temporary measure.
I have just released the alpha version with e10s-compatibility.

So far the alpha version appears to be working fine. Some more testing should find anything that isn't working. Good job Gomita. FG is one of those add-ons that is on my 'can't live without' list.

Thanks for testing.
If someone finds a bug, please report here.
Gomita rules! \o/
Thank you!
Gomita, looks like the "Hybrid save as..." doesn't work on either links or pages. Using the _native_ Firefox "Save as" from the context menu works on pages and links tho.

Thanks.
I fixed some bugs including the one you reported.
Try out new alpha version 1.9a3.

The latest version does appear to have fixed this.
