Mozilla is an international organisation with employee and partners. It appears to me that there is a strong imbalance between the events around Brendan Eich termination as CEO of mozilla, apparently related to positioning on californian civil laws, and the total absence of discourse on the work condition of the employee of mozilla's partners. If civilan laws in one part of the globe are important to mozilla, so should be labor conditions.
