[Loop] The option to create a new contact from call log is not shown when the contact has been deleted

STR
1. Create a contact in device A: email or Mobile of Loop user
2. Call from device A to the contact created in step 1 (device B)
3. The call log of device A shows the name of the contact
4. In contact app, remove the contact created in step 1
5. Close and open again loop app to refresh the call log
6. The call log of device A, now shows the ID of the call
7. Long press the register in the call log
ACTUAL RESULT
Loop client only show the option to Delete or Call the user
EXPECTED RESULT
Loop client should inform the user that can also Create a new contct or Add to contact option
