Steps to reproduce:

Tested this on RHEL 6.5 and Win 7 x64 and Win7 x32 with latest Firefox versions as of 06/Aug/2014.

Repro:
- change these parameters to true in the about:config to enable tab saving on exit
    browser.showQuitWarning,
    browser.tabs.warnOnClose,
    browser.tabs.warnOnCloseOtherTabs
    browser.warnOnQuit
- reopen firefox and open some tabs
- to test the above settings, quit firefox and hit save, reopen firefox 
--> all tabs should be there/reloaded
-now open a private window
-close the NON-private window that has all the tabs
-close the private window
(now all firefox windows are closed)
-launch firefox 



Actual results:

>>> On Windows, tabs are not reopened like in step 4, it is a new clean session. You have to restore the history manually.


Expected results:

>>> On Linux the tabs are reloaded properly like in step 4, this is how it should work!! Please repair!

This is very annoying since all the open tabs in the normal window can be lost easily!
Please repair this.

Adjusting priority.

Noticed another sessionrestore problem similar to this.

Repro:

    browser.tabs.warnOnCloseOtherTabs
    browser.warnOnQuit
- reopen firefox and open some tabs
- to test the above settings, quit firefox and hit "Quit and Save", reopen firefox 
--> all tabs should be there/reloaded
-now open a private window
-close the NON-private window that has all the tabs

The preference was removed in Firefox 63, so this bug seems moot now.
