Safwan: when you try to download a video, do you see any error messages in Firefox's Browser Console window? To open the Browser Console window, go to "Tools" menu > "Web Developer" menu item > "Browser Console" menu item (not "Web Console"!). If you can copy and paste any error messages that might look related to the e10s bugs you report, that would be a big help for us to diagnose the problem sooner. Thanks!

@Safwan I am using windows 8.1 and this add-ons is also not working for me too.
@Chris when I try to open add-on and try to download YouTube video it button menu was shrink. http://1drv.ms/XHpd5m this will clear you more see top right corner and it looks like it is a CSS error.
Chris I also want to know that which  Browser Console information you want to know .Net CSS or other while I copied some error from .NET here are some of those
