Details

See config/external/zlib/moz.build and modules/zlib/moz.build after bug 1047267. We should do the same for all third-party libraries we have --with-system-* flags for (hunspell, vpx, etc). Jan, would you be interested in taking this, and rebasing bug 517422 and bug 847568 on top of it?
