+++ This bug was initially created as a follow-up of Bug #843452 +++

MobileConnection is going to be moved to ipdl in bug 843452, after that IPC/Interface/DOM should no longer need to be guarded by MOZ_B2G_RIL, only gonk backend is needed. File a follow-up for this.
Will fix this in bug 843452.
