Description

STR:
1. Establish a first (outgoing or incoming) call.
2. Make a second outgoing call.

EXPECTED:
3. The "Place new call" button appears momentarily enabled and after a couple of seconds it is disabled.

OBSERVED:
3. The "Place new call" button appears disabled from the very beginning until the call is established and consequently set to enabled.
