1050260 - 2.85% osx 10.8 dromaeo (DOM) regression July 3rd on Inbound (fx 33) and now on Aurora

Welcome to another small osx 10.8 only regression. Here is a graph showing the problem:

What to focus on:
July 3 - we have a drop on inbound- although with the noise it is hard to say what is the root cause
July 24 - another drop on inbound, but outside the scope of this bug as this bug is referencing what merged to aurora.

looking over the history of alerts from graph server, we never got one for this- therefore it was missed.

This is past the 30 day window of history on tbpl, so no free retriggers.

this seems to be specific to dromaeo dom on osx 10.8 only.
