Steps to reproduce: 1. Visit https://marketplace-altdev.allizom.org 2. Log in using an existing Firefox Account. 3. Visit https://marketplace.dev.lcip.org in another tab. 4. Observe that you are logged in to FxA with the same account. 5. Pull down 'Log Out' from the menu under the wheelie-thingie on the Marketplace page. 6. Observe that you are logged out of Marketplace. 7. Hit reload on the FxA "you are logged in" page. 8. Observe that you are still logged in to FxA. Question: Is this expected behaviour? What is the rationale here?

Yes. Logging into FxA is seperate from the Marketplace. Logging out from the Marketplace does not log you out from FxA. Likewise logging out from FxA won't log you out from the Marketplace.
