105070 - While scrolling through a document using the page up\down keys the caret does not follow

When you are at the top of a document and wish to be at bottom of it, instead 
of using the down arrow key to get to the bottom of an eight age document you 
use the pagedown key.  Once you pagedown or pageup in the document, the caret 
does not follow with the key command.  Example: When I open a document that I 
have been working for awhile, and use the pagedown key to scroll to the bottom, 
so I can start typing again.  the caret is still at the top.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a document in Composer.
2.Use the pagedown key to scroll to the bottom
3.Then hit the up,down,left,right arrow key to see where the caret is at.

Actual Results:  The document auto scrolled to the top because the caret did 
not follow the pagedown command.

Expected Results:  I expected to have the caret at the bottom of the document 
where I was at after using the pagedown key

In most Windows programs, Word, Notepad, Excel, etc.etc.etc
When you use the pageup/down key the caret follows.
