Prerequisite: No account has been set up on the device yet
STR:
1. With phone connected to a wifi network, select Find My Device in Settings.
2. Select "Sign in or Create and Account"
Expected: Another panel opens up allowing me to Enter my email
Actual: Pressing the button repeatedly does nothing
When I restart the device, everything goes back to normal.
