When we create a transform item the constructor for the mStoredList inside it will be called. Both the transform and wrap list constructor will use the dirty rect stored on the builder to initialize their visible rect. The stored list should use the inside the transform dirty rect though.

We already have convenient access to the dirty rect we need. I noticed this while debugging something else, so I don't know of any problems this causes.
