Details

We'll be adding a `fxa_uid` column to the basket database, but we should also store this at ET. I believe we should add this to Master_Subscribers, but if you'd rather have a separate DataExtension for this then I'm sure we could make it work.
FXA_UID column added (text field - 100 character limit) to both Master_Subscribers and Double_Opt_In data extensions (just in case). Please let me know if I need to up the character limit.

100 char should be fine. I apologize for not including this in the request. The example ID included in the bug this one blocks is 57 chars, so 100 should give us plenty of room. Thanks!
