STR:
1. Go to Settings/Developer.
2. Swipe to the Remote Debugging combobox.

Expected: Screen Reader should speak the current value.
Actual: It only speaks that it's a combobox, but not the currently selected option, which is displayed on the screen.

I think this is a Fennec bug? It is EOLed very soon.
