I was able to reproduce this bug with the reporters nightly build but NOT on any of our Engineering builds. This bug does NOT repro on: Flame 2.1, Flame 2.0, Flame 1.4, Buri 2.1 Actual Result: Enabling Wifi does not cause the Time to disappear.
