I was able to reproduce this bug with the reporters nightly build but NOT on any of our Engineering builds.
This bug does NOT repro on: Flame 2.1, Flame 2.0, Flame 1.4, Buri 2.1
Actual Result: Enabling Wifi does not cause the Time to disappear.

This is occurring in today's Nightly build, as well as today's Tinderbox Engineering build.
Time is not present in the status bar when WiFi is on.
