105264 - tabbed windows and URLs should remain after restarting browser

if you open multiple tabbed browser windows, when you restart Mozilla the 
default of ZERO tabbed windows will be opened.  if your preferences are set in 
such a way, then your last selected tabbed window URL will be your start page 
after restarting the browser.

it would be nice if each tabbed window could have its own independent set 
of "Home Page Preferences".

i expected my old tabbed windows to reappear on a restart.
