Details
When I click on a URL in Emacs, an existing Moz window grabs the mouse/kbd focus
(becomes the top one) - unless it already was the second on the window stack,
then I click on Emacs window, then a new Moz winidow (loading the URL I clicked
on) is created - and becomes the top window, I have to click on Emacs yet again,
then the new Moz window makes itself current again (before it has finished
loading and displaying the page), and I have to click on Emacs again to continue
using it while the page is being loaded.
Thus, after I click on a URL in Emacs, I have to click on the Emacs window 3
times to keep it current and not being obstructed by Moz.
1. I think Moz should not grab focus more than once, under _any_ circumstances.
it is _very_ annoying when the focus is grabbed - MS apps do that all the time
and this is disgusting. let't not be like them!
2. _When_ the focus should be grabbed, can be customizable. There are at least
two reasonable moments to grab focus: when it receives a signal to open a window
and when the page is loaded.

thanks !
Many reporters are using 0.9.3,0.9.4 to report a bug and It's difficult if you
must search a already fixed bug.
This is a dupe of bug 105225.
Please reopen if you disagree !
BTW: It's correct if mozilla grabs the focus if you click a link in Emacs but 1x
should be enough..
Please reopen if you disagree !
