This is a meta-bug that covers refactoring the existing Simple Push server to support Loop.
Refactor configuration handling: https://github.com/mozilla-services/pushgo/issues/35
Refactoring Simple Push server discovery: https://github.com/mozilla-services/pushgo/issues/30 (Support static server lists and etcd)
Pluggable storage adapters: https://github.com/mozilla-services/pushgo/issues/31 (Loop doesn't require persistent storage in memcached)
Automated smoke tests via Travis: https://github.com/mozilla-services/pushgo/issues/32

We will also need to add an ops bug at some point as we'll need our HTTP endpoint that Loop Client hits to determine what cluster to connect to.

Support for Hello/Loop has been discontinued.
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/hello-status
Hence closing the old bugs.
