After turning off GAIA_INLINE_LOCALES flag, Settings app is the only known regression. Let's try to fix it, or we'll have to bring back the GAIA_INLINE_LOCALES. STR: - Launch Firefox OS master (2.1) - Switch language - Restart Settings Current result: Content flashes in default locale before retranslation to the new locale Expected result: No flash, no perf. regression
