Description:
User is able to sign in and receive calls on multiple devices using the same Firefox Account

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140812000205
2) Push the Loop application to the devices.
3) Sign into the same Firefox Account on 2 separate devices.
4) From a third phone, place a loop call to the Firefox Account used in step 3.

Actual:
Both phones ring

Expected:
Users should not be able to sign in and receive calls on multiple devices simultaneously.

This issue DOES reproduce on Flame 2.1 (319mb), buri 2.1, Flame 2.0 (512mb), and buri 2.0

Why not? This is a feature :).
