Steps:
1. Connect WebIDE to a device, open Monitor, a USS graph updates live.
2. Disconnect the phone, go back to Monitor, the graph is now static.
Expected:
- Moving the crosshair around should show correct labels on the axes.
Actually:
- The crosshair and labels move around, but the labels keep the same value.
Filter on TEAPOT-SPLINES.
Unassigning in case some wishes to take this.

The Monitor's main features were taken over by the new Performance tools, so no point in addressing this improvement now.
