1. Make a video call, when the call is established click on the ... button in order to control the audio/video/speaker

ACTUAL RESULT
Once you click the button, the options take a long time (4-5 seconds) to open
This issue no longer occurs on the latest 2.0 build with the v165 KK base.  On 319 MB flame there was about a quarter of a second delay.  On 289 the delay was increased to about one second before the menu finished populating.
