Steps to reproduce:

I've on latest 2.0 version set both sounds and vibrations for all actions, including Notifications. Phone is in stand-by/sleep mode.
When email is checked and notification comes


Actual results:

sound is played, but there are are no vibrations.
These come, quite unexpectedly, as soon as I press power button and wake up the device from sleep.


Expected results:

I expect both sound and vibration to start as soon as notification comes.
Vibration after phone wake-up are not necessary, because I obviously see the screen and there it is...
